Sue is a Registered Kinesiologist who was born and raised in Kamloops. She currently works alongside the amazing team of physiotherapists at Kamloops Physiotherapy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics from UBC, specializing in Clinical Exercise Physiology. With a background in yoga, nutrition, and personal training, Sue takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. She is passionate about helping clients move with confidence, overcome challenges, and feel their best. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring trails with her dog, snowboarding, working out, and trying new recipes.

It combines knowledge of the body, mind, and movement to understand how we respond to physical activity. The goal is to improve how people move and feel in everyday life, work, sport, and recreation. Overall, the primary goal is to create a personalized exercise plan that is not only effective for your goals, but also safe and tailored to your unique body.
